ORANGEVILLE SNOWCROSS RACES
RELOCATED TO GEORGIAN DOWNS, INNISFIL

Due to low snow conditions in the Orangeville area,
The “Snap-on Tools Snowcross Championships” have been relocated to the Georgia Downs Race Track facility in Innisfil, Ontario. The event will take place on its originally scheduled date February 11-12, 2012.
Georgian Downs is located south of Barrie on Hwy #400 at Exit #85.
The Georgian Downs facility features Indoor Heated Grandstands with Clubhouse Dining overlooking the race course. Georgian Downs also features an OLG Slots Casino.
Hundreds of Canada’s best snowmobile racing teams have registered to compete at the event. Snowcross is today’s most popular form of snowmobile racing. With its high-flying aerial displays and compact track design, competitors race head to head on tracks that feature, tight turns, banked corners, huge jumps, moguls, hill climbs and down hill drop offs. Sleds often fly 100’ feet through the air. All this action takes place in full view of thousands of spectators.
The event will include many factory supported racing teams including the Polaris/Rockstar Energy Drink Racing Team featuring Canadian National Champion’s Lee Butler and Iain Hayden. Also the Rockstar Energy Factory Recreation Ski-doo, Royal Distributing Team featuring David Joanis, Dylan Hall and Joey Sagan.
The weekends races will feature (42) classes of competition including Amateur and Pro racing classes. Trail Sport classes are also available for men and women first time racers, there are also classes for Junior riders and kids as young as 4 years of age.
GATE ADMISSION INFORMATION AND TICKET SALES
All tickets will permit Indoor Grandstand or Dining lounge seating on a first come first serve basis. If you want to get close to the action, outdoor viewing is also permitted with all tickets.

Tickets are available at the gates on race days and are also available to purchase in advance from the Royal Distributing store in Innisfil. All advance ticket sales include a Free Rockstar Pit Pass (Pit Pass Value $10).
